Crawley – IOS letting

Following the sale of a 0.75 acre industrial open storage site to Kinver Capital earlier this year, Graves Jenkins were subsequently retained by the purchaser and have now successfully let the site.

The site which is situated just off the A23 in Metcalf Way, Crawley, received a programme of improvement works by Kinver Capital to include a new electrical supply and secure fencing, and following strong tenant demand has now been let to an open storage operator.
