Open storage site in demand

Following a recent marketing campaign Graves Jenkins are delighted to have sold a 0.75 acre open storage site at Metcalf Way, Crawley.

The site, which had been used for open storage for many years, was sold on behalf of Crawley Borough Council.

The purchaser Kinver Capital are undertaking works to improve the site, and will be letting the space with consideration to any uses requiring secure open yard/storage space.
