Location: Graves Jenkins Crawley

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience/qualification)

Graves Jenkins is a multi-disciplinary firm of Commercial Property Agents and Chartered Surveyors looking for a proactive, motivated trainee to join our Crawley team.

The Role

This is a customer facing position undertaking property viewings and inspections. We are looking for a confident communicator who is eager to learn. The successful applicant won’t just be behind a desk – you will be the face of the firm, assisting our surveyors in every aspect of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Viewings: Commercial property viewings with prospective tenants and purchasers across Crawley and the wider market.
• Marketing: Preparation of brochures and implementing marketing campaigns including social media.
• Enquiry Management: Being the first point of contact for property leads and managing our applicant database.
• Professional Support: Assisting Chartered Surveyors with site inspections, data collection and report preparation.

Requirements:

• A valid UK driving license.
• Excellent verbal and written skills; you should feel comfortable talking to applicants and business clients.
• Good IT and office skills including use of Microsoft Office, social media and other applications. Confidence and etiquette on the phone.
• Particular regard will be given to candidates with an RICS accredited degree and our salary offer for such applicants will be reflective of this.
