Following the comprehensive refurbishment of four warehouse/industrial units at Unit C Woolborough Lane, Crawley, by our clients CBRE IM, we are delighted to confirm that the scheme is now fully let.

Comprising 45,000 sq ft, the units benefitted from electric loading doors, LED lighting, air conditioned offices and all new welfare. An EPC – A was secured, providing sustainable occupancy.

Three of the four occupiers were new to Crawley proving continued demand for this location.
