New Axis for old premises

Demolition of the former RSPCA premises in Southwater near Horsham has almost completed in preparation of a new 7 unit industrial scheme AXIS 24.

The scheme, a development by Graftongate / IPIF, will comprise just over 100,000 sq ft of best in class industrial / warehouse units which will be available to lease.

Completion of the scheme is targeted for Q2 2026.
