Following receipt of instructions in late May to market the existing lease held on One Kelvin Lane, a detached modern warehouse & office unit located on the Manor Royal Business Park, Graves Jenkins implemented a tailored marketing campaign and within 3 months secured the completion of the lease assignment.

The unit, on a secure site, comprises a 10,000 sq ft warehouse, plus 3,700 sq ft two storey office, and the lease with 3 years remaining has been assigned to UNUM Aircraft Seating. The passing rent was £14 psf.
