Southwater New Axis

Graves Jenkins are delighted to have been appointed as joint letting agents with Savills for the proposed new industrial development at AXIS 24 Southwater.

Planning consent has just been granted for the development of 7 new units totalling 102,000 sq ft GEA.

The scheme is to be developed by Graftongate and funded by L&G.
