GJ AT FOREFRONT OF CHANGING COMMERCIAL MARKET

A recent survey carried out of the office market by the Urban Land Institute found that just 14% of office occupying businesses thought their current office accommodation was in line with their business objectives. The survey questioned 285 businesses. It also found that 75% are seeking greater lease flexibility i.e. shorter leases and more break options.

This hardly comes as news to Graves Jenkins. We talk to office occupiers every week, assisting those moving and expanding, up-and down-sizing, to find the solution for their business. We offer a range of modern units, ‘plug and play’ accommodation and budget options, in both town centre and business estate locations.
