GJ AT FOREFRONT OF CHANGING COMMERCIAL MARKET

A recent survey carried out of the office market by the Urban Land Institute found that just 14% of office occupying businesses thought their current office accommodation was in line with their business objectives. The survey questioned 285 businesses. It also found that 75% are seeking greater lease flexibility i.e. shorter leases and more break options.
