It is hardly surprising that the popularity of Shared Ownership homes has increased in recent months given the jump in interest rates. At the other end of the pipeline Housing Associations have been particularly active in seeking out new opportunities, both by acquiring the Affordable element of private developments but also taking on full 100% Affordable Homes schemes themselves.
