Acting on behalf of a private vendor Graves Jenkins are delighted to have completed the swift sale of two freehold industrial units in Crawley.

Following a targeted marketing campaign, Unit 4 Raleigh Court at 2,283 sq ft, and Unit 6 Raleigh Court at 1,865 sq ft were sold to an owner occupier and investor.

David Bessant confirmed “There remains continued strong appetite from occupiers to purchase industrial/warehouse units and in this case, there were a number of potential purchasers left disappointed”.
