Waterfront Offices – ‘Plug and Play’

Graves Jenkins have been instructed by Columbia Threadneedle Investments to advise and promote three new prominent waterside offices at Brighton Marina.

Newly named the ‘Boardwalk Studios’, the premises form part of the modern development on the West Quay below the popular Sirius Boardwalk Apartment.

Phil Graves who is heading up the appointment stated, “the prospect of overlooking the inner harbour is somewhat unique and as all three office suites are at ground floor level, we have planned for some outside space to be included in the office areas with magnificent views over the moorings. They are currently being totally refurbished for modern day use and anticipated to be ready for occupation Spring this year.”

The highly accessible offices offer an affordable option to the rising rents in the city centre which are now peaking at £35/sq ft with limitations on car parking.
