Following initial marketing, the property, an end of terrace industrial/warehouse totalling 2,760 sq ft (256.4 sqm), received an excellent level of interest and went under offer within a week.

Graves Jenkins secured an offer over the asking price of £395,000, and the unit was purchased by i-ingredients Limited for their expansion.
