Graves Jenkins acting on behalf of client Crawley Borough Council are delighted to have negotiated off market a surrender and new letting at Atlantic House, Crawley.

The property comprises a 20,000 sq ft three storey detached office, which, following a change of use, has been let to Serenity Schools. The lease to the previous occupier was simultaneously surrendered.
