FISCAL EVENT

Government announcements across a raft of tax changes included cuts to National Insurance, Corporation Tax, SDLT and Income Tax. The freeze on energy bills has also been much heralded.

Commonly called the Cost of Living Crisis, the concerning economic picture in the short term clearly has significant business implications too. The impact on the property markets is yet to unfold, be it commercial premises or residential dwelling, to tenants or landlords. It must be hoped that the government's fiscal announcements can support companies and maintain business as best possible.

In this time of economic uncertainty, Graves Jenkins offer their clients the best local property advice. Whether you have a rent review or a lease renewal on the horizon, if you are seeking to move your business or let/sell your commercial premises, or if you require a property valuation, please do contact us.
