SITE SALE – COLAS HQ

We are delighted to have recently completed the sale of the former Colas headquarters in Rowfant on the outskirts of Crawley.

The site totalled 13 acres comprising industrial, offices and open storage, and through the joint marketing with Fairhurst Buckley we received considerable owner occupier, developer and investor interest.

The purchaser was Foss Holdings, represented by KBA, who will be seeking tenants for the workshop, office and open storage vacated by Colas.
