Valuation Industry Review Published

A major review of the valuation industry commissioned by RICS in October 2020 has been published.

Peter Gray, acting as Chair of the Independent Review Committee, has submitted his report for comment by RICS and the wider industry. Gray sets out 13 primary recommendations relating to valuation practice, methodology and transparency. The recommendations include particular comment on the use of more explicit valuation models and report auditing amongst other topics.
