Changing Rental Market

The UK private residential rentals market has seen significant changes during 2023. Rents have increased by 7% in the first nine months of the year and there are currently -28% fewer homes listed to rent than the pre-pandemic average, the lowest amount on the market since early 2022.

Q3 2023 saw a record amount of Build-to-Rent homes being constructed with works underway on more than 59,000 across the UK.
