04 April 2018 By George Dobson BSc (Hons) MRICS
Graves Jenkins are pleased to announce that offices within the prestigious Olivier House on Brighton Seafront have been secured by Catalyst IT.
Working on behalf of the landlord, terms have now been finalised and the keys passed over.
The landlord’s representative commented, ‘The letting of the lower ground floor offices mean that Olivier House is now fully occupied and income producing. We are very pleased that Graves Jenkins have been able to find us a new tenant quickly and have done so ahead of the other appointed agents on this occasion. Thanks again’.
Jacques Labuschagne, Managing Director of Catalyst mentioned, ‘We are delighted to have been able to secure these prime offices. We have been looking in Brighton for some time and had found it difficult to find space that suited our expansion needs. Thanks to Graves Jenkins for their assistance and we are delighted to have secured this office.’
George Dobson, Associate Director added, ‘We are thrilled to have assisted the landlord fill the void and to put forward this office option to Catalyst. With office space highly demanded and in such short supply, Catalyst are a prime example of an office occupier desperate to grow and develop but are being thwarted in doing so. We wish them every success moving forward’.
