Graves Jenkins is pleased to announce the official appointment to advise the Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival (BDBF) on the very unique opportunity to lease the newly formed restaurant accommodation fronting New Road.
The multi million pound refurbishment which has been years in the planning, is nearing completion and a catering opportunity has now been made available to 'partner up' with the BDBF.
"We are now looking for a partner to devise a food concept in keeping with the wider venue operation and to take on a lease for the space. The food offer will play a vital role in our re-opened venues and will be at the heart of our visitor welcome. We are keen to work with people who want to help us build on our work to become a sustainable venue operation, who have a good understanding of our unique city and can engage creatively with our events programme," commented the BDBF.
Phil Graves who is handling the enquiries, further commented, "it is exceptional space in a truly historic building and represents an amazing opportunity for an operator to work closely with the BDBF to offer a full day and night time operation for residents, tourists, business and visitors to this important part of the city."
Almost 2,000 sq ft of internal space is on offer, an exclusive south facing terrace overlooking the Estate, plus outside seating by arrangement on New Road.
"it is important the tenant partner works closely with BDBF and makes full use of the active events programme," added Graves.
