New Recruits at GJ

We are delighted to announce a host of new recruits to the team at Graves Jenkins, all at the Brighton office.
George Dobson BSc (Hons) MRICS has taken up the position of Associate Director and will work alongside Director Phil Graves in the Commercial Agency team covering predominantly the Sussex area. He has specific expertise in the Business Space sector having acted for many national property concerns, Pension Funds and regional occupiers.
“It was an opportunity that takes my career to the next level and I very much look forward to working with the already dynamic and well thought of commercial team at GJ,” commented George.
Neil Standing has also bolstered the residential agency side and is now Office Manager based in Brighton and covering the city region and it’s suburbs. A long standing Brightonian and responsible for both sales and lettings activity.
Neil has over 20 years experience in the Brighton & Hove market dealing with all types of residential property, involving individual vendors and property development Companies. His personable approach and modern marketing ideas are sure to attract a following.
Subhatra Grange joins us from a leading regional residential lettings and management Company in the South and will be assisting Director Chris Halls and the Management team with the substantial existing portfolio of instructions. She will also be seeking to gain some new business to fully utilise her property knowledge and asset management skills.
Heather Molloy has taken up a part time role dealing with some of the GJ administration and reception duties and lends her 15 year valuable experience as a property manager and lettings coordinator. Her competent organisational skills will assist every member of staff in the office.
Phil Graves confirmed, “I am really pleased that we have been able to recruit such high calibre personnel to the firm that not only will comprehensively look after our existing client base, but have the ability to further grow the firm to meet our ambitions as the ‘go to’ practice in the region for all property related advice. There is a new sense of energy in the office so 2016 could be an exciting year for us.”
