Investment Sale Completed

The “off market” sale of Amberley Court, a freehold multi-let office investment has completed at a price of £3,800,000. Graves Jenkins advised the vendor, Byfield Holdings Limited and Vail Williams advised the purchaser, Arlo (Holdings) Limited.

Graves Jenkins have been retained together with Vail Williams to act for the purchaser in marketing the remaining vacant space within the Scheme.
