Graves Jenkins are delighted to announce the lease sales of both 52 Gardner Street and 3 Gardner Street, Brighton.
52 Gardner Street formerly popular restaurant Common has re-opened its doors as Lavash offering a twist on middle eastern cuisine, whilst 3 Gardner Street formerly occupied by well known homeware and lifestyle brand edited, has been refurbished to suit new clothing occupier Waisted Vintage.
Former Common owner commented ‘Graves Jenkins were a delight to work with and secured a new operator for us in a thoroughly quick and efficient manner. We were very pleased with their dedication to finding the right person’.
