Good Deal for GoodLaw

Goodlaw Solicitors have acquired city centre office space close to Brighton Station to assist with the expansion of their client base and for easy access to the Brighton to London mainline.
Formally an office for a leading design Company, GJ advised the landlord on the rent level and lease structure, commenced marketing and agreed terms all within a few weeks during November and managed to complete the transaction before the end of the year.
“It underlines what we have been stating for some time now in that the Brighton office market is buoyant and with low availability of quality office space, the take up is pretty rapid. Rents have probably risen by over 30% in the last three years and I can’t see the growth stopping in a hurry,” commented Phil Graves, who handled the deal.
Isetta Square forms part of the New England Quarter mixed commercial and residential development scheme and the office unit in question offered 1,500 sq ft of high quality accommodation at a quoting rent of £37,500 pa - £25 per square foot.
