Crawley Borough Council re-instruct GJ

Following a Tender submission towards the end of last year, Graves Jenkins have secured for a third term the Contract to provide Crawley Borough Council with Estate Management Services. The Contract period commences 1 February 2019 and is for 5 years.
In addition to Landlord & Tenant, Lettings & Disposal, Valuation and Dispute Resolution work the new Contract also includes acting on the Council’s behalf on Dilapidations.
“We are absolutely delighted to have secured this further Contract with the Council with whom we have built up a good working relationship since first working for them prior to our initial Contract in 2008,” commented Neil Cooper of the Crawley office. “Our workload to date has not only included the more standard agency, building surveying and professional instructions but also advice on more complicated property issues. These have included advice on site strategy, on the appropriate premium charge for granting consent for change of use on a long leasehold interest and on ransom strip values in granting rights of access over land”.
Sue Bader, Asset Manager at Crawley Borough Council expressed her pleasure in Graves Jenkins re-appointment explaining that “it enables us to continue the close working relationship we have with Graves Jenkins Crawley team and we look forward to receiving the high level of professional service we have enjoyed from them over previous years”.
