Phil Graves Managing Director

Phil is one of the two founding Directors of Graves Jenkins, alongside the late Richard Jenkins, in 1993. They both previously worked at regional property advisors, Stiles Harold Williams as senior Directors for over 10 years.

With approaching 30 years experience in the property industry, all in the Brighton and wider Sussex area, Phil can offer extensive advice on a full range of property related matters, specialising in the commercial agency sector. Responsible for managing the direction of the business, new opportunities and advising ‘key’ clients, without losing the focus of getting the deals done.

Made President of the Brighton & Hove Estate Agents Association in 2010 and continues to play an active part and a significant fundraiser for the local Argus Appeal charitable fund.

Phil is married with twin boys and away from the office enjoys all sporting activities and particularly a keen golfer.
