Neil Cooper MRICS Director

Neil heads up the Professional Services Department based in our Crawley office. In addition to handling Valuations and Landlord and Tenant matters his expertise extends to Litigation/Expert Witness and Commercial Rating work.

He trained in Brighton qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1986 before moving to London to work for a Consultancy Practice advising on property in London and throughout the UK. In 1993 he relocated as a Director to Newcastle-upon-Tyne, where he set up and ran the North East Regional Commercial Rating Department, for an International Property Practice.

Together with fellow Director, David Bessant, he set up the Crawley office of Graves Jenkins in 1997 and has helped grow the Company and its client base for “professional work” across the South East and for a number of nationally based clients.

Neil is married with three girls, lives north of Brighton, in Fulking and away from the office enjoys playing and watching a variety of sports, although his golf is not good! He is presently the Chairman of Ardingly Football Club.
