Andy Lees Cert REA. FNAEA Partner

Andy is the partner responsible for the day to day running of the Residential office.

Born in Brighton, he followed his father in to the profession back in 1973 and following spells with two prominent independent Agents in the City joined the Partnership in 1999. Awarded a Certificate in Residential Estate Agency from The College of Estate Management in 1995 Andy went onto become President of the BHEA in 2002.

One of the few Licensed NAEA agents in the City, Andy is also Property Adviser to the Trustees of the Scholarship Fund at Brighton College.

Andy has been married to Jan for 34 years and who is the other half of the residential team,they have a married son Alex and a daughter Danielle. Away from the office Andy is a Keen sportsman, mainly golf these days enjoys travel, the theatre and socialising.
