  • Dealing with solicitors enquiries on lease sales.
  • Acting as Company Secretary.
  • Organisation and attending at AGM.
  • Dealing with notices of assignment, landlords consents and Deeds of Variation.
  • Ensure statutory health and safety compliance.

Many of these duties have important Health & Safety implications and Statutory requirements on which we can advise and organise to provide both peace of mind and the wellbeing of the building occupiers.

As Chartered Surveyors we are obliged to comply with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Codes of Practice on Service Charges for residential and commercial properties and the Client Money Regulations.

We are also Licensed by the RICS under their Financial Services Authority (FSA) approved Designated Professional Body (DPB) scheme to advise clients on General Insurance Mediation Activities.

All client bank accounts are individually designated client named Trust accounts.

Director responsible for the operations of the Property Management department is Christopher J Halls who is a Fellow of the Royal Institutions of Chartered Surveyors.
