Not as drastic as it sounds…as this is The Salvation Army who have taken a new 10 year, effectively full repairing and insuring lease on retail premises at 36 The Broadway, Crawley. The average rent agreed over the first 5 years reflects approximately £42 in terms of Zone ‘A’ with an upward only rent review at the end of the fifth year.
The Unit (Number 36) extends to approximately 870 sq ft.
Graves Jenkins have also recently let the adjoining unit (number 34) to a Barber who reports brisk trading from this location.
