Appointed to Travel
02 February 2012 By Phil Graves
The Brighton office at Graves Jenkins have been appointed to act on behalf of 15below - the world travel industry’s number one alerts and notifications provider. Clients include Thomas Cook, Qantas and Monarch airlines.
Due to the growing success of the business, 15below require more modern, larger premises, but still within the main hub of Brighton city centre. After much consideration and deliberation, the company have employed the services of Graves Jenkins to find and negotiate suitable office premises.
Director Phil Graves explained further.
“We were invited to meet with the Directors and senior personnel at 15below and to talk through their pressing need for new offices. We were given the opportunity to not only reinforce the necessity to instruct a professional agent to act on their behalf, but to offer our services and understanding of the commercial market. It is not only the headline rent under consideration, but many other factors when making a commitment to leasehold commercial premises.”
The Company are looking to virtually double their staffing levels and to take on double the accommodation they currently operate from. Nicholas Key, Commercial Director commented.
“Our Company has transformed since we started in 2000. Through our software, PASNGR, we provide notifications on behalf of over twenty airlines within four continents and are signing up new airlines at the rate of one a month. In the first instance, we attempted to deal with our property requirements ourselves, but soon realised it is a specialist area and were pleased to appoint Graves Jenkins to work on our behalf. We are looking ahead very positively.”
The brief is to find between 5500 – 7000 sq ft of modern city centre offices close to Brighton Station.
