In addition, we undertake valuations for many other purposes including company accounts, receivership / administration, inheritance tax, capital gains tax, residential mortgage, leasehold extensions and enfranchisement and strategic investment and portfolio advice.

- Expert Witness - we act in the capacity of Expert Witness on matters of property litigation including Court appearances.
